If you are experiencing concerns with your CSU housing accommodation and are seeking to submit a maintenance request, we invite you to speak with the Housing and Dining Services team directly. This can be for routine (non-emergency) or emergency maintenance requests. Remember to contact the police by calling 911 if there is a fire or other immediate danger:

At CSU, FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) rights begin on the first day of the first term in which a student is registered. If your student is currently attending and has not completed this form, we will only be able to share general financial aid, billing, or residency information with you.(Required)

As a reminder: We can only legally discuss your student's account if your security passphrase matches what your student provided for you on the consent to release form. If it does not match, we will notify you and you will need to speak with your student to either retrieve the passphrase or complete a new FERPA consent form.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The FERPA Student Consent to Release Education Records form allows an authorized third party (e.g., parent, grandparent, guardian, support person) to contact the Office of Financial Aid on the student's behalf and discuss their education records. Students can provide or revoke permission for education records to be released by using the Student Consent to Release Education Records form available on the Financial Aid section of RAMweb.
