Students:
When contacting The Hub, you will need provide your name and CSU ID number. It is important to email our office using your CSU email address. For in-person visits, be sure to bring your CSU ID card or a photo ID.
Parents & Support People:
Students’ education records are protected by FERPA once they start attending college. For any third party (including parents) who may be without a Student Consent to Release Education Records, we will only be able to discuss general questions with you – meaning anything available on our website, but we will not be able to provide specific details about a student account.
Office Hours
The Hub is open to drop-in visits, Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday/ Friday from 8:30 AM – 4 PM MST, and Wednesdays from 9 AM – 4 PM MST; no appointment is needed!
Students and their families are also welcome to call our office with questions Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday/ Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM MST, and Wednesdays from 9 AM – 4:30 PM MST.
Our service hours are subject to university holidays and closures.
Before reaching out by phone or email, or dropping in with us, feel free to ask CamBot your question to see if it can assist (bottom right corner of our website, the speech bubble!). Otherwise, our website should contain – or have links to – the information you are looking for.
Additionally, we ask that you please note that high call and email volumes may lead to longer wait times for responses during the start of each semester and other important dates.
As you look to communicate with our office, we ask that you please remain kind and patient with our staff as we look to serve your needs.
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior that violates the CSU Student Conduct Code will result in your discussion with our office being ended, and the interaction being reported to the Student Resolution Center. This policy includes interactions involving third parties who may seek to support students, including parents or family members.
When emailing our office:
- Include your CSU ID number in all correspondence
- Never submit your Social Security Number to us by email
