WHAT ISTHE HUB?
As part of Colorado State University’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service to support student success, The Hub for Student Services opened in May 2025 with the goal of ensuring intentional service to all CSU students.
Our purpose is to make it easier for Rams to do Ram business, providing help with registration, financial aid, housing and dining, and billing all in one central location.
In a newly remodeled location on the ground floor of the Lory Student Center, The Hub offers a team of enthusiastic professional staff who are cross-trained in registration and records, housing and dining, student accounts, and financial aid.
Along with the new, integrated center, The Hub’s website launched in April 2025 to help students find important information easily to complete important steps in their educational journey. The launch of the website also included the new CamBot automated chatbot to provide immediate answers to questions and to further help connect students to the resources that they are looking for.
