Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate candidates for graduation, after consultation with their advisor(s), must review, complete, and confirm the requirements for graduation have been met for each major, second major, minor, and certificate via RAMweb. This feature is available to all students who have an intended graduation date listed for the current term.
The Degree Progress Audit (DARS) is the student’s graduation contract and is used for final graduation certification. Students not completing degree requirements in the term they originally intended must contact the Office of the Registrar and update their graduation term to accurately reflect when all graduation requirements will be completed.
Please note: some colleges and departments have additional processes (i.e. attendance at a ‘graduation orientation’) for reviewing the contract. If your department has an additional process, they will notify you.
Graduate Students
Graduate students must submit the GS25 Application for Graduation or Reapplication for Graduation Form to the Graduate School by the Academic Deadline date published to apply to Graduate.
Remember, graduate degree candidates must either be enrolled for at least one credit or registered for continuous registration (CR) during the term you are graduating.
The Graduate School provides more information for this process.
